Here’s a look at two new tilesets for Mahjong Escape, the Happy New Year Tileset and the Jolly Bear Games Tileset:
Like the previous tilesets, these may only be available for a limited time.

The Jolly Bear set looks like Big City Adventure. I like both tile sets.

Jolly Bear?? Don’t like them, too much color alike and would be hard especially when doing a time machine puzzle. I too use the same set of tiles. Most of the ‘special tiles’ have too many look a likes for me. Would only use them on the small compact puzzle if I use them at all.

I like all (or at least almost all) of the temporary tile sets for Mahjong Escape better than the regular ones.
I’m looking forward to playing while these are available.

i like set on the left. how about giving us a tile set where there’s only the seasons, gift box, mask, snowflake and crown like the ones on the left hand side puzzle? that would be so much easier on the eyes. one on the right is too dark. I may try that set once. I agree with # 7 tile set on right would be difficult when doing the time machine. and why does the timed tiles have to be so spread out? bad enough to have it timed. I still play that game, but when it starts to stress me, I stop. its the only marjong set I have difficulty getting tiles out. is there a secret to getting the timed tiles out faster? wish it was more like the other sets with the free spaces.

I like the special tile sets. They are so much easier (for me) to play than the regular tile set. For the people that don’t like the specials, don’t they have a choice to play either set? Thank you Lura for all that you do to help us!

babsiebaby7 # 13 My trick, for the timed or any of the games in ME, Just Restart that game. If I see there are not at least 2 sets of matching tiles of each that I find, then it is best to restart. The next setup will be more advantageous. Also saves on the stress. I feel the same in these. Good Luck
It is fun for me to see the creativity of Pogo artists. But to use them, I find that my best choice is the classic tiles. I find them easier to notice more quickly in making matches, than on pictures I am not familiar with.
