I know this was asked awhile back, but not answered….heres my problem: I’ve noticed this (mostly) in yahtzee party and Battler Phlinx (Chrome, java .45). In Yahtzee it usually happens between games. Now heres the rub: If I use java .51 (Chrome) and open a profile, the yellow screen shows up immediately, even if im in the middle of a game.

I noticed this same yellow screen happened to me when I was playing Mahjong Garden and World Class Solitaire. I have my Java, Flash, browsers, and Windows all up to date as of yesterday. The yellow screen happened when I poked on the chat screen, or my profile. It must be in the programming code for Java or Pogo games. Something s definitely shorting out somewhere and I don’t believe it has to do with players computer or settings in this case.

Mozartjea – Did this happen to you on Chrome? It’s not happening to me on IE10.

Mozartjea replied 9 years ago

Suz, yes it happened on Chrome and I think on Firefox also. I did not try to use IE. I also get the popup asking to run Java everytime I launch a Java game.

(Julia & I are friends….wouldn’t have said that to someone else)

prinzdarian – I have just played 2 games of Yahtzee Party and opened most of the profiles in a full room and I haven’t seen a yellow screen. I’m running Windows 8.1 with Google Chrome and Java 7 Update 51.

Mozartjea – I had a game of Mahjong Gardens as well and opened a few profiles, clicked on ?, arrowed through the minis and opened the badges link above the Who’s Here list – but no yellow screen. You should only get the Java pop-up the first time – unless you haven’t clicked on the link to allow Java to run in future.
