Have you tried another browser?
I just finished doing my Trivial Pursuit about 10 minutes ago, and had no problem.
I was one of the Pogo members that couldn’t load Mahjong Garden for months. It was that darn old 85%. I tried a few hints from the forums. This is the one that worked for me on Edge. Find the 3 dots in the upper right corner, find History and click to see Clear all browsing data and check ALL the boxes and select all time for the time range. Then click the blue box (Clear now). It will take awhile (mine never finished after 10 minutes) but I logged off Edge and restarted my computer. Now I can play Mahjong Garden!! I don’t do Trivial Pursuit but I could load it for challenges anyway. You might have to do this again but this worked for me. Good Luck!!
