Hi Marg:
When using Chrome go into your settings, scroll down to advanced then click on it, then site settings, and finally cookies. Make sure the Block third party cookies is turned off. This can be your problem for it happens to me on occasion. GL!
You’re going to have to provide some more details, such as what browser you’re using, what games you’ve tried, and what happens when they don’t load.
I’m using Chrome browser..None of the games will load, all I get is a black screen and I don’t have my mini showing either
Could it be related to the recent change with Chrome allowing Flash?
Kirsten I did what you suggested and now all my games are up and running except for the Safari one and I can wait on that..Thank you for your help..
Moms I wondered about that also..But for now it’s all good thanks for your input..
Up until a few minutes ago, all my games played. Then suddenly I can’t get into my games. That puzzle piece comes up as usual, but now I can’t click on it and “allow” Flash to play. I followed the steps listed above, and all is as it should be. I don’t know what else to do. :(
Sorry, I don’t use Chrome so can’t offer any suggestions. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you.
Good Luck!
Faith sorry you are having issues.
First try the steps suggested to Marg in above post. Instead of clicking on cookies, click on flash and make sure ask first is showing, if not, then click on it. You may have to refresh browser or exit out of it to take. This may take care of it an no need to proceed to second steps.
Secondly, When Chrome is opened, select a game that you have done MnM’s on and check in the Challenges tab to see if the image is showing. If not, then hit on it and the box will pop up where you can allow flash.
These are the two things that have helped me. Hope it helps you too. GL!
I had that same issue just now, with not being able to click the puzzle piece in Chrome to allow Flash. I’ve fixed it, though.
1) Look at the web address bar where it says Pogo.com.
2) Click the “lock” icon just beside the web address.
3) Click the Flash drop-down option and click ALLOW, then reload the page.
Thank you Kirsten! I was able to follow your step one method. I do not know how the “ask first” changed, but I was able to fix it and can now play. Thank you, also, Blysse for info. I am saving both answers in case it happens again. :)
Faith, You are Very Welcome! Mine also changes for no reason, guess Chrome has a mind of its own, lol. So glad it worked for you.
It is 6:30 in the evening and I cannot get into alot of games and I won’t if it is due to so many players? I use Firefox and normally don’t have a problem but it seems that when there is at least 45,000 + players, it’s difficult to get into anything.
You’re responding to a question that was asked 5 days ago with something that seems like a new problem. You might consider asking a new question – instead of answering someone else’s question – next time something like this comes up.
