I suspect the same reason we don’t receive any challenges for bookworm, soli blitz, and a multitude of other games that aren’t on offer to earn badges every time pogo has them for sale, or even as gifts. They are just too darned lazy to branch out past the same badges/challenges over, and over, and over, and over….IMHO :-) S
That’s a question that members have been asking for years about certain games. Many years ago a Pogo employee stated that they tend to put out more badges in games that people play when not working on a badge. That doesn’t make sense to me b/c if they put out 20 badges in Tri-Peaks and 1 badge in Bejeweled Stars I will be in Tri-Peaks much more than I will BStars, but I actually like Bejeweled Stars better. But there is someone out there that loves Tri-Peaks and is thrilled.
That’s a good question. I used to think they concentrated on games where we’d be enticed to use power-ups and have to buy more. But that makes no sense because there are no power-ups in Tri-Peaks and they use that like crazy and there are power-up in Cray Cakes which sees no attention.
If a goal of theirs is to have more people signed-in and playing on Pogo at any given time, you’d think they’d make badges available in all the games they have as then players would find at least something they wanted to play and would be on Pogo for longer periods of time. Increased fun=Increased time playing, right?
