In BH, it shows Undiscovered World has a new chapter 9 but it is not showing.  Will it be there?

This happens to some players every week. I don’t know why it shows for some and not others — maybe something to do with your time zone? That said, it always shows up at some point in the day. :)

I live in the central time zone & the new Undiscovered World always showed up Tuesday 2amCT but 
they dont put it on that early anymore, it shows up at 6am or later.
