If a game isn’t loading for you and others are not saying they’re having the same issue, it’s likely a problem on your computer. Clear your browser out and try again. If it still doesn’t work, try an alternate browser and/or visit Pogo’s customer support. Their “Call Me” feature is great for this, their techs should be able to walk you. over the phone through different things to get a game to load.
Thanks Lura, tried that * everything except the Call Me feature ,,, still would not load so I switched to Chrome and it finally actually worked! Just tried again a few minutes ago and still no luck and still get the “Looks like we’re having trouble loading the game Please try again message but it is ONLY happening on Cookie Connect … Strange, HUH!? Thanks for your response and really appreciate all you do for your BH Family!
