Why can’t I get into My Collection tab in my account?

I can get into My Collection on my main acct., but I can’t get into it in my second acct.  It gives me this:
 

Oops, something is not right…
  
 

Web Page Error

The web page couldn’t be shown because of an internal error.
How to Fix the Problem:
Unfortunately, since you have encountered this error because of some server problem on our end, there’s really nothing you can do at this time to correct the problem. Your best bet is to try again later.
Go back to Pogo.com

 
I have no idea what is different between my main acct. and my second one.  Thanks

That is a question for Pogo_Llama and the customer service team. There have been things in the past that were account specific for one reason or another, and I always find that strange. And it’s usually something like this that is harder to fix, just because it doesn’t affect everyone.

I just tried to go and report it, but couldn’t get anywhere. I did see that someone had the exact same problem.  Hopefully someone will be able to get through and Pogo will do something about it. :)

Send a Pogo mail to Pogo_Llama and she will get it to her team.

I have contacted this problem to EA Help for the last 3 days and all I get from EA Help is that they will forward the problem to a tech team and then they send me a bunch of places to go and fix the problem which does not work.  EA Help also said they are short staffed because of the pandemic so be patient.  This could take forever.  
How do I send a note to Pogo-Llama to report this problem and I will do it right away.  Thank Mom.

You use your Pogo mail and send it to Pogo_Llama. Make sure you put the underscore ( _ ) between her two names, or is won’t get to her.

Moms, I sent Pogo_Llama a message yesterday regarding this problem.  Thank you so much for the help.  I sure hope Pogo_Llama will be able to assist in getting this problem resolved as EA Help has not.  Thanks again.

Hi Mom.  It has been over two weeks since I have not been able to get into My Collection and today a live EA Advisor actually called me and he tried to help me and could not resolve the problem so he just hung up on me.  
I have sent 2 messages to Pogo_Llama and no response from her.  Have you received any information on how to fix this problem.  Please advise.  Thank you.

It can’t be fixed until the team figures out why it’s happening to some and not others. There’s a husband and wife that use the same computer. The husband can get into his collection, but the wife can’t get into her collection.

It takes much longer to fix when it only affects certain members. Pogo Llama posted in the forums that she would update everyone as soon as she has any news.
