They were there yesterday, but gone today.

Have you signed out and back in?

Have you checked your gem transaction history?

Yes to both. WhenI tried to get help, it said “game account when trying to get help broke our rules”. I have never cheated, sent chain emails or been inappropriate at any time. How can Pogo do this and take my paid gems away?

It that is exactly what it said then it had something to do with going to help, not cheating or spamming.

It says you broke the rules trying to get help.

I’ve heard that they’ve banned people for going to help too often about the same thing and being rude to the reps, but they got emails. But since none were friends this is all 2nd hand info.

What did it say in your gem transaction history?

I have only gone to help a few times and only via email and I have never been rude. My last 2 entries in my gem transactions are

    Date Item
Mar. 23/19. Five Hundred Gems 239 Gems

    Mar. 21/19. Mix-n- Match Turn. 8 Gems

500 gems were purchased in early March and that transaction shows as well.

Normally when it just shows the gem amount like that it’s for an in game purchase.

I know when it says 250 gems it’s usually someone who purchased 10,000 in cactus cash in Poppit Bingo.

What games did you play on the 23rd? I’ll try and help you figure it out. Then you can email Pogo Llama about it, and find out why you can’t get to customer service.

Played Mahjong Escape (Lap 10 badge using Early India level1)
Poppit Bingo (Lap 5) and received completion badge as well.
Pogo Daily Sudoko (using Badge Hungry’s answer page)
Trivial Pursuit (using BH’s answer page
I have a lot of cactus cash and tickets from playing, so I don’t think I would have bought cactus cash (unless it was accidental), but I can’t understand the odd number of 239 gems.
Thank you for helping me. I am on a limited in income and I have saved my money for over 8 months to buy these gems (in Canadian $).

Wouldn’t an in-game purchase show up on the gem transaction page?

I’ll answer your last question first. No, the in game purchases don’t usually say what game it’s for, and some don’t even ask you to confirm the purchase. They make it as confusing as possible in my opinion.

I think it has to be the Pogo Daily Sudoku.

How many days did you complete, and what dates?

If you unlocked any you would have charged gems for that.

    Sudoko completed:
    Mar 12 – 3 levels
    Mar 13 – 3 levels
    Mar 14 – 1 level
    Mar 15 – 2 levels
    Mar 16 – 3 levels
    Mar 17 – 24 – 1 level

Had you played any of those dates prior to yesterday?

If not you were charged for each day.

If you had gone into the game on those days they were already unlocked, and shouldn’t have cost you anything.

I played each day as it was unlocked. I started on March 12 (which I think was the first day) and then each day I have gone in and either done the 3 levels or at least 1 or 2 so that I would be current.

It’s so upsetting to lose my gems – I needed 1 more badge to make the 60 in the Marathon but cannot purchase it now.
