Why are Jet Set Solitaire cards not flipping?

When I play Toronto 2 (Niagara Falls), the top card of the last stack in the upper right hand corner doesn’t flip.
This might be a (Pogo?) bug. I use Torch as my browser.
I can’t finish Toronto 2 now (nor Washington DC) and hence cannot play the newly issued Close Neighbors cities. Any suggesions?

Switching to SeaMonkey as browser solved the problem.

I have no problem with using Google Chrome. Make sure you clear out cookies and caches. Also make sure your zoom is set at exactly 100%
