Every time that quest rewards show that 2 power-ups will be awarded at the end of the quest, every single time I’ve only been awarded one of them, invariably the one of lesser value. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, any insight? I did try to contact pogo help to ask; the estimated time for chat was 15 minutes. I waited over twice that long then gave up. I wish we could still contact pogo help thru email ( if anyone knows a way to do so, that also would be a great help ) Thanks! S
Thanks Kirsten for your reply. On pogo help, I assume when you say you can have Ea support contact you, you mean by phone, yes? I know of that option, but I was hoping there is a way to get help through email. I don’t want to use the phone option because I prefer to have a written record of what transpires. Right now the only way I know to do that is through online chat, and the wait is ridiculous.
I guess no one has the same issue I’ve experienced with Solitaire Blitz, or everyone is too busy with the new weekly challenges and snowbird marathon :-)
I’ve never really paid attention as to whether or not i’ve gotten everything I should have.
Beyond using powerups to get the badge for using them, I never use them.
My current winning streak is over 2.000 games and I am regulatory scoring over 2 million points per game.
All without using any boosts.
Sturglave there is no way to contact EA support by email. If you have EA contact you, there will be a transcript sent to your email of the entire conversation. Have used this option myself and found it to be very helpful.
Wow prinzdarian, I haven’t left my house since Feb because of the pandemic, and I can’t imagine having a 2000+ streak of any kind ( winning or losing ) in any game. I have, however, read lots of books and been very busy with political issues. And since I don’t think politics and games mix, enough of that.
I don’t buy power-ups, but I do use the ones we earn with the quests, which is why I keep an eye one them. When I don’t have any boosts, I too play without them. But why not use the freebies? It seems to me that playing 2000+ games the same way every time would be rather monotonous.
Kirsten , thanks so much for responding re: pogo help. I’ll definitely try the call-back option next time. Be safe everyone. S
