Who else has missing data from Gem Transaction History?

I was trying to find the cost of a badge. My history stopped at 8/10/2010 and then started again at 10/17/17. Almost 7 years of history missing. I have bought every badge since gems started. There should be data during that time. Noticed many, many duplicate entries in the first part of history.

Does anyone else see this gap in their history, or is it just me?

    In the beginning if you purchased 10 badges at once the transaction posted 10 times, even though it listed all 10 badges in each. But I was only charged once, no matter how many times it showed.

    I think everyone is missing data in their gem history. I don’t know when I first noticed it, but it’s been years. And my friends are missing info also.

    I don’t want to assume that everyone is missing info, but it’s probably a good guess.

    Thank you for your response MomsBasset Hound. I have duplicate Gem buys and duplicate single badge purchases throughout the first part my data. When the data picked up again the duplicates stopped.

    I think what has happened is that the data was lost and in an attempt to balance they inserted duplicates. (A programer’s not an accountant’s solution). I do not doubt that my balance is correct.

    The reason I mentioned that I was only charged once was b/c I had an email a few years back and they thought they got charged each time. I’ve never kept a record of my tokens, but I keep a very good record of my gems, and knew my balance was correct.

    I wonder if anyone at Pogo even knows about the gap. I know I never bothered going to customer service.

    I called customer support Tuesday and was basically told that if there was no history, then I didn’t do any transaction. I have every Limited edition badge pogo has offered for gems. So know I had transactions. (Not happy about that call)

    I just got off the phone with support again. Sent them screen shots of the gap and an example of two single badge purchases and there duplicate. This person seemed to understand what I was talking about and said he would forward it up the chain.

    Well at least you have a partial record. All of my transactions are wiped out completely. I have reported this to Live Chat as well as talked to Pogo on the phone about this about 4 days ago and they told me that they will check on it.
    Well I have not heard back from Pogo and my Gem Transaction Record is still blank.

    I also am not able to the free MNM badge from Monday or today on one of my Screen Names but can on the other.
