Im getting use to the new pogo but still leareningg. Had trouble finding new badges etc
If I had to guess right now I’d say February.
It’s also worth remembering at this point that if you’re having trouble finding badges (I am too!) and getting around the new site, it will probably change with player feedback before Classic goes away. Pogo has a survey up on the carousel at the top of the Early Access home page that you can fill out (probably as many times as you want!) and you can tell them what’s hard for you.
Pogo only knows for sure. Lura will definitely post it when available.
Have a good day!
I was hoping that they would keep the classic around longer, maybe closer to the end of 2020. I am not going to be happy when classic disappears.
why dont they leave both versions? I hate the newer version so probably leave pogo 4 sure as pogo has gone crazy as always!! If it isn’t broken DON’T FIX IT!!!!!…luv u all & God bless u & yours..Loretta :(
It’s hard enough for Pogo to deal with hiccups, errors, bugs, etc. on one website. It’s just not feasible to run two entirely different websites and have to tend to both of them, teach everyone how to use both of them, troubleshoot both of them…
It would make absolutely zero sense to keep both versions.
I hope Lura is correct as I see a lot of progress since I first saw the new site. I send feedback very frequently so hope it helps. I added favorite badges to profile page and that was fun, If its complete in February I say rip the band aid off and with help from BH we will get around, no use prolonging the agony. I spend time looking around and clicking on everything to learn.
While I understand what you are saying, and agree that it wouldn’t be feasible, they need to add something to the new site for those of us that only play on a computer.
There needs to be a portion of the site that is in text instead of the tiles. That way everyone is happy, and everyone can find what they want easily.
Most of the members of a certain age, my age and older, aren’t interested in playing on a mobile device. Some are, but not the majority in my age group. I understand that Pogo needs to go mobile to attract younger members, but they should also take their older members into consideration, the ones that have supported them for over 15 years, and kept them in business.
I am in your age bracket too and play pogo on a laptop. I don’t play Pogo on my iPad, only Angry Birds LOL. With the recent updates I find myself using the new site more than the old. My favorites are in text, I like typing in the game I want to play easier, and many other things. Maybe we can have a WOT about the recent additions, about pros cons and suggestions. The one thing I do want is albums.
I’m only 30 and don’t own any kind of mobile device that can even use the Internet.
I do wish there were more text, though, or even just that the images were smaller/easier to sort into categories.
And there are some people my age that are totally mobile. That doesn’t mean that most of my age group aren’t interested in doing that.
Darn typos…That doesn’t mean that most of my age group are interested in doing that.
