Do you just have to get 329 Drachmas or is there other things you need to do?

There is 1 badge for getting the Drachmas, and another badge for completing 3 Quests.
 
Your progress for the badge for the Drachmas shows on the left, you progress for the Quests will show on the right, both at the top of the game.
 
Once you get both badges you have completed the Event.  Good Luck!
