What can I do about not being able to get hubby’s EA account squared away?

I had the EA new sign in screen pop up when i tried logging into hubbys acct., but it won’t let me get farther than his e-mail…it keeps saying his e-mail is already registered…I didn’t have probs with mine…Does any1 have any advice/suggestions?

    Pogo customer service is the only place that can help you.

    I just got done wrestling with mine. This is why I decided to see if others are having problems. I finally solved it by changing my password. I thought I’d have to reach out to EA and I was dreading it. For most things online, customer service is usually horrible. (My internet company is number one on that list for me.)

    Anyway, lewie2011, see if a password reset helps you. Good luck!

    Thank u to both, however, i did try the pw reset….to no avail., so i contacted EA, & i got it fixed…but now i can’t even sign in on my phone for either hubby nor I.
    :-( any suggestions for this??

    Are you talking about the games app or regular Pogo on your phone?

    All 3 of my accounts have been converted, and I do the weekly games app badge on all 3 of them.

    On my main account and 3rd account I sign in using my Pogo ID and current password, which is what should work for everyone.

    But on Holly’s account I sign in using her Pogo ID and her “old” password. It shouldn’t be that way and I’ve made Pogo aware of it a few times. But that’s the only way I can sign into the games app with that account.

    So when trying to sign in use your ID and an old password. Hopefully that will work for you.
