Hi

I am trying to complete the Pogo Time Machine Premium Badge: High Crime Badge; Get 200 ‘5 Card Gimmes’ in 3 weeks!(To get a 5-Card Gimmie, stack 5 cards without going over 21) and I am having problems where many of the 5 cards I have stacked without going over 21 has not been counted towards the 200 I need to get.

Have been doing this badge on and off for about 2 weeks now, only have 5 days to complete and am only 20/200!! Can anyone help me with this problem? as it’s very frustrating. Thank you so much for any advice.

if your five cards total 21 it won’t count as a five card gimme. Hope that helps. It is a hard badge to get but it’s doable. Use aces as a 1 not to use for blackjack. Good luck

If you don’t care about the rest of the game you can get at least 2 per game.
Just keep stacking your 2’s, 3’s & 4’s …..you can use other small cards as long as you don’t use too many in a stack.

Just remember that the 5 cards needs to total 20 or less.

I just finished that badge a couple of days ago. What I did was use the far right lane for the “burn” pile. I would put all of the cards I did not want to use in that pile. I used the 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 (equals 20) in each of the other piles. You should be able to get 3 or 4 consistently per game. And yes, I did throw away the A’s along with the K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8 and 7’s.

I, too, am currently working on this badge and have not had any problems with getting credit. Like the other tips given, I have not worried about winning the game, but keep one or two columns free for the small cards. The big tip to remember, IMO, is that your stack can’t total 21 – it must be 20 or lower, as Moms said.
