(Facebook achievements)
I have not received any credit for games played, no xp points and no progress on achievements or goals reached. I’ve hit “new game”, haven’t hit “new game” and I’m confused.
Even the daily challenges go unrewarded. Am I doing something wrong?
Adding, when I go to a different game, and everything is fine with them, it’s just Tumble Bees.

Did this just start happening, or has it always not given you credit?

I just created a Facebook (I couldn’t resist any longer, but only for Pogo games) 8 days ago. So, all through the 8 days and the 2 daily challenges I haven’t had any credit.

I just tried and did not get them with IE but did with Chrome.

That’s very strange, and I really don’t know what to tell you to try. I’ve never had a problem with any of the games on there. Since I reached level 50 I only go on for the daily tokens and the daily specials.

They never took the FB app out of Beta and there are still problems. You could email Pogo but not sure they would know. I hope it fixes itself for you.

I don’t get progress with Chrome, IE, or Firefox. I just tried them all. I do have a new computer, just 2 weeks old and I wonder if this has something to do with it. It is very odd though since I get progress in all other games. When my husband gets back from his work trip I’ll try it on his. Who knows?
If that doesn’t work, I’ll contact Pogo and see if they have any ideas.

Thanks so much for your help, it’s odd. If I figure it out I’ll repost the answer, just in case someone else runs into this problem….

My old computer decided to reboot (odd since this is why I got a new one, but still happy I did!) and Tumble Bees achievements worked! I think I’ll give my brother a call (he’s in college for Information Technology (IT)). And see if he can Team Viewer me and find the problem on my new computer.

Since your computer is new, you may need to set internet options on browser and/or anti-virus to allow access by at least these 3 sites.
