I just fired up Spooky Slots. I know I was at Rank 25 before tonight, but I’m pretty sure I was close to rank 26 (like 6 or 8 away). Now it is saying I am 23 more until my next rank. Has anyone else seemed to lose progress?

No, that didn’t happen with either of my accounts. Sorry that it happened to you.
I’ve noticed sometimes the ranks get all messed up to for me & my token count. I ignore it. Usually clearing my cache and closing my browser shows the current rank progress correct.
That happened to me a few times, and usually it was because the game froze…so i exited the room. The next time I went into the room it had put my rank back where it was before the I was in the room that froze. But all I had to do was exit the room, reload the room and it went back to where it should be.
I have had times when I’ve lost ranks, especially after playing a long time and then having the game lock up or crash. I had a catastrophic event like that with Stack ‘Em where I played on and off over a weekend (the game never kicks you out even if dormant a long time).
For the kind of issue you’re describing – try logging out of your account, clear caches, then close the browser. Start a brand new browser and log back into Pogo and the game, and you may find the error has corrected itself.
