Ever since sign in problem a few days ago I cannot sign in anywhere EA or Pogo and not getting reset instructions in my Email. Does anyone know how to contact EA on phone without going through website which I cannot get into because of password problem…not taking. Thank You for any HELP you can give me. Very frustrating and maddening. Have had account for 9 years and now cannot get in.
Make up a new name, a free account will work. Then you can contact customer service that way. There is no other way to reach them, sorry. Use the call back and you will be done and back in Pogo in about 15 minutes. I had to do that for my 2nd account the other day. Good Luck!
If your email is Gmail look for the message from Pogo under the Promotions tab. That’s where I found it when I made up a free account in January for that promotion. I just remembered that.
