Quinn’s Aquarium black on iPad Pro?

I am using IPad Pro.  Quinn’s aquarium is acting really odd, screen goes to back background about 1/3 of the way into the game but not everything shows up either, like, bottom row that shows shuffles etc.  it’s like I am only getting a partial rendering of the page.  Anyone else and any suggestions to correct it?  It happens using all browsers .

What browser are you using?  Have you tried using another browser?  I’m sure I’ve read in the forums that there’s problems with iPads and certain browsers.

Check amd make sure you have the latest version updated. I just loaded Quinns on my iphone and it loaded and displayed correctly. I use google chrome browser.

I just googled “The newest version for your ipad pro > 15.4.1” so check to see if that is the version your using.

I spoke to someone who mentioned that if he went from portrait to landscape while in the game that he lost the bottom of the screen.  If he changed to landscape before loading the game it was fine.  Hope that helps.

Thank you.  All of you!  I am using the updated 15.4,1 on iPad.  All the browsers, I have used, Chrome, Safari, Brave, Firefox, Opera, are doing it.  Just quite perplexing but I did report it to pogo but doubt if anything will happen to fix it.  This did just start with this iPad update.  Again, thank you.

My friend was able to reproduce the problem on his iPad.  It’s a problem with the updated iOS and Pogo Sconnie is now aware of the problem.  Hopefully it will be a quick fix once the team starts working on it.
