I was only able to earn this badges when I completed a passport stamp with only 2 stamps. Playing 2 single stamp games didn’t work, or playing a game where you would earn 3 stamps. Good luck on completing just a 2 stamp game.
Because the game does not work. You need to contact Pogo’s customer service in order to get your badge.

I just completed the challenge for a friend and did NOT get the badge. I did a city that gave 2 passport stamps, so that is not working for everyone.
I “heard” that they are putting a fix in place and will try it again tomorrow before going to customer service again.
