I tried to upload the 12 version and closed IE, but it gives me a red x and says close IE, and won’t let me finish the installation. Anyone else having this problem?
Yes, Suz, I had everything closed, I found out it was Pogos servers and not my
flash, because mine was up -to-date. I closed everything, when I download the newest versions. Have a great day!
Once you start the download everything should be closed other than the oblong gray box that shows the installation progress.
