I did 10/46 the other day and today I tried to finish it but it still says 10/46. I made sure I finished all games, I closed down my ipad and then reopened it, still no progress.

Have you actually closed the Pogo Games App?

To close an app on iOS 7 double press the home button (this will show all open apps, you may need to swipe to the left or right to find the app) then swipe up to close.

Also try signing out completely, then closing the app and restarting. Remember the progress doesn’t always keep track, so it would be worth double checking that you haven’t already been awarded the badge.

Usually just signing out and back in will update your progress. I have to do that most weeks.

I try not to sign out because with the new ios the password space goes wacky when you’re typing your password. Last time I signed out I couldn’t sign back in, it kept losing the letters as I was typing.

Storm, your idea worked! Thanks! I didn’t even think about closing the app…duh

Pogo is aware of this, but there hasn’t been an update since 10/4/13….

We are aware and are looking into the issue where users are not able to log in normally on iOS. In the meantime we have some steps to help users log in.

    1. Click on the password field first and enter your password
    2. Now type in your Pogo screen name on top. You may notice letters of your screen name being deleted as you type them. Keep trying until your name is entered correctly.
    3. Click Login.

We will update this thread once this issue is resolved.

You’re welcome. I do that with all my apps – saves the battery life too!

The typing issue with the screen name and/or password doesn’t matter which way around you do it. I type the first letter of my password 3 or 4 times until it appears and stays as a dot.

It is easiest to keep count yourself towards the number needed to complete a badge. Then if the badge does not pop up, just sign out and in and check your stats and you are finished. That technique has never failed for the 160 I-device badges for me
