after last Tuesday’s maintenance my 2012 album is missing 2 badges, and they added 2,family feud, and spooky slots 2 badges they switched in my 12 album,i cant play,anyone else have this problem?
Unfortunately unless the badges were not done when they were offered we wouldn’t see anything wrong with the 2012 album. Since I’ve completed all the badges when they were offered my album is fine and is still showing the completed banner.
Maybe someone else that didn’t complete those badges when they were offered will answer. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
You will probably have to contact Pogo’s customer service to get it fixed.
@OP… my 2012 album only has a few done, since I have only had Club for just under 3 months. But my 2013 album, which I have been working on getting caught up on, had 54 badges done before the maintenance. Now it shows 38. I can open my album, see all the completed badges, and count 54 (I finished 2 more today wit one more 2013 weekly to finish this week), but the cover says 38. I sent an e-mail to EA Help, and am waiting to hear back from them about it. Holding off on Live Chat unless I absolutely MUST do it. I’ll let you know what if anything I hear from them if and when I do.
