Thanks Moms. Do you know how to clear Java cache? In my control panel the only options I have are Remove and Help which basically shows support links. I need to find the page with the all the options including temp. files. Would appreciate an answer if possible. Thanks again.
If you double click on java from your control panel it should bring up a small box.
Under the General Tab you should see Settings. Click on that it will open up a smaller box.
Click Delete and a really small box will pop up, hit confirm and it will empty your java cache. It may take a few minutes, but the smallest box will go away when it’s done.
Thanks Moms. I know I sound real dumb, but I’m still unable to get past the double click and bring up the box. I even uninstalled/installed. I still get only the Support, disk usage and option to Remove. I have to find a way to do this, coz I think a lot of my games are being affected by this. Help! :(
What operating system are you using? I’m using Windows 7, so my Control Panel options could be different. And there are plenty of us that will try to help you.
I’m using Windows XP. I had Java 7, version 7 and after uninstalling, it seems I’ve installed the latest version which is Java 7.11. Now every time I try to open a game I’m getting a pop up asking if I want to run or cancel.
Java 7.7 was in my control panel and I did click on the icon, to no avail. I’m going to keep trying.
Thank you both so very much for offering to help. Really appreciate it.
I had stopped doing them, but just loaded the game and got coins.

Are you looking at Add or Remove Programs and not Java? There should be an icon from Java in the control panel. Some people are missing the icon.
