I have been unable to connect to customer support for POGO by any means. Emails have been returned with the statement that the service is retiring. When on the help site all directions lead to the Forums. Has anyone else been able to get help within the last few days?

We’re now only ‘allowed’ to use email > ONLY for billing related issues.

Live Chat is ONLY for billing and payment issues. All other inquiries can be dealt with using the ’email’ option on the help site instead.
To answer the original question: yes. I’ve heard several people talk of their help experiences in the past few days. It’s up and running as far as I can see. What happens if you start at this link?

Got this response when I tried to live chat:
I do apologize but it appears you are using an older browser and for some reason chat still showed up when you went to get help for Pogo.
I didn’t expect anything but that response surprised me!!
They tried to tell me last week that the only reason the live chat option was available for me after I’d chosen my topic as Pogo was because I hadn’t cleared my cache and I needed to update my browser. That’s a total load of crap.
It just keeps getting curiouser and curiouser! o_0
I just got them on live chat, they couldn’t answer my question but they were at least there. My mom also got them via live chat yesterday. I didn’t know when they were doing away with live chat and was surprised the option was still there.
Not much of an answer but they are there just not helpful LOL
Lura i tried your link but only by selecting billing did I even get to the email option as it did not show up to select under any other option.

Apparently I don’t know what to believe about EA Pogo any more, so I won’t even attempt to post about it.
