I haven’t attempted this badge, but my thoughts would be to keep standing and reseating until you get dealt a really good hand… Either a double pinochle, double aces, kings, queens, jacks around, or a double run. Probably the double pinochle will come around more often… plus it will give you rank progress. Set it for a 100 point game, and when you get the good hand, bid 60, play the hand and finish the game. Then wait for another good hand to come around. Let us know if this works.

I have completed this badge and it really isn’t as hard as it sounds.

If you play pinochle at all you know that it is not unusual to get more than 60 points if your team has the bid. It is unusual to bid that much, you normally take the bid for the lowest bid that you can.

I always play with the bots and I just played like I normally would. When I had a good hand….good meld and good playing hand…..I made the required bid and went for it.

There is nothing special that you need to do except bid a little higher than you normally would.

I just bid 60 on every hand that I played rather than trying to guess whether I would get it or not. Make sure to pick the suit that gets you the most points, even if you have more Aces or cards in another suit. Sometimes you and your partner can get 60 before a card is even played. I also tried to get as many musical notes as possible when I knew either my partner or I would get a trick. For example, I played a K or 10, rather than the lowest card.
