Why is there noting on POGO pages about Phlinx II not saving the progress?

I thought that by last night they would have it fixed. Played and used powerups. Thought if I never closed the game and got them all, I would be OK. So I get almost all of them, and Pogo says “YOU ARE SIGNED INTO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS” (which I wasn’t) and lost all the progress. I know this is happening to a lot of people, not sure if anyone is able to get the Diamond badge, but is there anyway to know when it’s fixed, other than playing and losing all the progress?
