I checked the search briefly and saw nothing for this, so I figured I would check. I emailed the new (and incomprehensible) Pogo help on Friday. I waited and did not not received any email back, nor was my case updated with any notes on the site itself. So as far as I am aware, nothing has been done. Today I receive an email that my case is going to be closed if they don’t hear from me!
So, am I doing something wrong and they have responded to me? Or is this just yet another case of incompetance that is becoming so common at Pogo/EA?
