You have to contact Pogo customer service. The badges from the embedded games to not register correctly. We will have the same problem with every album until it gets fixed.
I was just on the phone with customer service for over an hour and they didn’t know how to add a badge for completing my mix and match #36. However, I was able to get one added for #35 last month with customer service. Suz, any clue how they added it? The rep I spoke with (plus 2 additional he spoke with while on the phone with me) didn’t know how to add it.
Is there a list of secret badges that are added to mix and match albums so I can check and see which I don’t have? This might help as he was trying to add badges I already had. Thanks for any help anybody can give me.
You will need to go thru your Special Edition Album and make a list of the ones you have. Then make a list of the ones you do not have…and do NOT throw your lists away b/c this is going to be an ongoing problem.
On my list of the ones I didn’t have when this problem started I am just checking them off when customer service gives them to me with the date.
I only have 5 left that I don’t have.
Hopefully they will fix this when they figure out how to fix the weekly badge. It is the same problem, not registering when you complete it.
And if you get a rep on the phone that doesn’t understand just say thanks and try calling back. Eventually you will get a rep that can help you. Our badge system confuses some of them, and you really can’t blame them. Even Club Pogo members got confused with the NY Super Badge and the NY Limited Edition Badge….when you throw in Super Secret Badges anyone can get confused :)
Suz – Thank you SO much for your detailed answer. I looked on the sidebar here but, unfortunately, I chose the wrong category. I looked at Secret Badges instead of Super Secret Badges (I should have known that Lura would have posted them!).
My lists are made and I checked off and dated the ones I have. I, right now, have 6 left but one is due to me so that will leave me with 5 to go, also.
Now I know, with your help, how to work with the rep from customer service. I agree that it must be difficult for those reps…another reason being that they work with so many games other than Pogo.
I will try again today to work with customer service. I should never have stayed on the phone with him so long yesterday but he was kind and he said he wanted to learn himself. However, I shall just move on and try another one if the next one doesn’t understand.
