Mix n Match badge for Mahjongg Dimensions?

I purchased the MnM badge for Mahjonng Dimensions (Fourth Dimension Badge/Score 10000000 points in 2 weeks!) when it came out and just now got around to doing it. I completed the task at hand and it said I won the badge, but yet when I went to the MnM book to choose another challenge, it was “grey” like I hadn’t done it. Is this a known error with the game/challenge? I’m trying to get in touch with Pogo but the help site is not working for me at the moment.
