If you go to the mini mall and click on the tab for “Hair” on page 2 there is the “mo’ in mo” changing hair for 8 gems. That is the only one I see being offered at this time. (I sorted by release date.)
i think the one you saw isnt offered anymore,, i remember one that changed to several diff dos.. i didnt take advantage of it then.. wasnt gung ho for the mimi mall then
