For the life of me, I cannot find a way to get the Live Chat option to show up in EA Help. I followed MomsBassetHound’s step-by-step instructions (which I found under another question about reaching a real person at Pogo) to reach Live Chat, but to no avail. As per her instructions, I chose “Pogo” and then “General Technical Support”, then clicked “Find Solutions”, then clicked “I Still Need Help”.
All I got was a link directing me to the Answer HQ community to “get the best help.” Ugh! And this was in the middle of a week day, so I was not trying to reach Live Chat after hours. And I am a Club Pogo member, so Live Chat should be available to me. Does anyone have any suggestions additional to Moms’ instructions on how to reach Live Chat?
BTW, this is all in response to an email I received from EA about a help case they claim I opened (which I did NOT). I clicked on the case number in the email which took me to the case itself, but there are no notes (no surprise there). There is only a short description–“Pogo free mini items failed promotion”–which means nothing to me. I did receive my 3-year Club anniversary mini item and special badge on the same day this email was issued to me, but there were no problems with those items as they are in my Mini closet and Special Badges album like they’re supposed to be.
Anyone seen this before or have any idea what this could be about?
I’m trying to reach Live Chat (as the case directed me) so as to find out what this case is about. I am so confused.
