Is there any way to see the amount that is partially under/behind the blue ticket in Poppit Bingo?

No, but if you can’t see the number you have more tickets than you will ever use, just like all of us.  I tried keeping count every time it clicked over to another million, but stopped doing that once I passed 5 million tickets.
