I just played and won the daily challenge and I have played and won quite a few other games of Safari. My rank continues to remain at 0%. Anyone else having this problem?

Ranks are based on JP spins. Depending on the level you are playing on you need to win between 3 and 5 games for each JP spin.

How many games have you played? Have you received any JP spins?

If you provide more information I will try and help you some more.

to get a jps you have to match the non-matching animanl tiles. you need to match a total of 10 animals to get 1 jps. Here is a list of how many you need for each level. i copied this from the BH “ranks, badges & tips”. I hope this is what your asling if not ss, I will check bk.

To add to Suz’s answer, Pogo converted their rank progress a few months ago from definitive numbers to percentage points. On most games, you were able to see how many more games/jackpot spins/wins/goals you needed to achieve before your next rank. However, with the change to percentages, rank progress becomes obscured since the increments are not readily visible.

As a blatant example, if you needed 1,000 jackpot spins to achieve the next rank, and you only have 1 so far, that would be a measly 0.1%. If you earn a 2nd jackpot spin, you would have a progress of 0.2%. Both numbers are still below the whole number of “1”, so you would still see a 0% ranking until you win enough games.
