Yes, noticed when I was playing using Chrome but changed to another browser and it worked fine. GL!
It;s the worst game. I’ve tried Chrome and Edge The cards are sluggish. It took me a half hour to play one game
So sorry for your frustration.
If you haven’t already done so, clear your browsers cookies, etc, exit, and re-enter. Sometimes this seems to help.

Thank you for all of your continued reports regarding loading issues with Canasta HD. I have relayed the information to the Canasta HD team and they are currently investigating it. I will keep you posted with information once I hear more.
