I have a friend in TX that is unable to log on due to “technical” issues. This all started when the lagging issue came up. She has been unable to sign in to Pogo for over a week now. She is up to date on everything and has done all “the usual” things”. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
What browser is she using? There was a Chrome update that isn’t working with Pogo without a few alterations. Most have done the fix while they wait for Google to fix the problem, or just started using a different browser.
I sent her the info on the Chrome browser. Her drivers are all up to date. She can get on pogo as a guest but cannot sign in to pogo.
That sounds like a totally different problem than anyone else is having. You may want to ask someone like Mod_Kalan. He is pretty good figuring out these things. You can send him a Pogo email, just remember to put the underscore between his 2 names.
Does she have 3rd party cookies allowed? If not that could be part of her problem.

She sent Pogo an email. She was told it would be passed on to someone who could help her. Her next step is to email Mod_Kalan if she doesn’t hear anything from the email she sent to pogo. Thanks again for the info.
