Hi
It awards them when you finish a game, but when I went to spend them, it said i didn’t have enough coins. I went out of the game and back in. Sure enough the coins were gone, and I went back to what i had started with.
I have also had the same problem today. My coins started out at 825 and I built it up to 14,000 before I attempted to make a purchase of 6000 when it informed me that I did not have enough coins. I changed browsers and my coins dropped to my starting amount of 825. This happened on both of my accounts with different browsers.
My solution after losing that many coins was to exit and stay away from that game today.
Many people on the forums are reporting the same issue.
I’d avoid spending coins right now until Pogo can fix this.
I thought it was just me. Here’s my sad story.
This morning, I had almost 3,000 pop coins, I had about 30 more pieces to collect to finish the Platinum Badge they gave us for collecting 300 wardrobe pieces, and there was a piece I needed to bring one of mine to Level 5 in the Marketplace for 12,000 coins.
I worked like a dog for about 45 minutes to get the pieces and the coins. I went to the collection I needed so could get to the Marketplace to buy my piece, and it RESET me to almost 3,000 coins.
I could have cried, I almost did.
Thanksgiving Day – I received a message in my Pogo mail thanking me for playing Poppit Party and apologizing for the difficulties on 11/19/. They go on to say the problem has been fixed and they have given me coins to compensate for it. I went and looked and it looks like I have the amount of coins I had right before they disappeared. Very Nice!
