It keeps say already playing game and then gives you no credit or you lose most of the tokens that are awarded. This happened last week also and Pogo said they corrected the problem.
I am still having the problem. Has anyone found an answer? This has gotten to be a regular problem. When I finally get on, I get only half the tokens for winning.
What browser are you using? What other browsers have you tried?
I do it every single day on both of my accounts, and I’m not having any problems whatsoever.
I play it every day and came out of it about an hour ago. I have no problems with it so it is not a site wide problem. Have you cleared out cookies and caches. It also depends on what Web Browser you are using. I am using Google Chrome.
I use Google Chrome all the time. This is the first problem I have had, but the second time it has happened. I did clear Cache. I will try tonight and see if that helps. Thanks for suggestions.

I cannot play Daily Challenge in Trivial Pursuit today. Error message says you are not allowed to play. Talked with EA Help and all they said Clear Cache which I had done before contacting them. Now it is saying I am already playing and getting kicked out. It shows that I am playing in 5 room at the same time. What is going on with Pogo and how do I get this problem resolved. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
