i recently reset my club pogo password and i forgotten it. help?

and i did a password recovery and i never gotten a respons from them. can or could you please help by sending me a link for a password recovery they said it was a glitch on their part. i’m dying here i can’t play in the mean time

Pogo has been having problems with their mail system lately — lots of guest passes aren’t arriving, welcome emails, etc. Password recovery emails could be affected as well.

If you don’t get an email from them, you can use customer support to contact them.

Since you don’t know your Pogo account password, you’ll have to create a new Origin/EA account to contact them using their help system. From the help link above, choose “Contact Us” and then “Register Here”. Once you’re in, you can email or live chat to get help. Don’t forget to include your Pogo account details since you’re using a dummy help account and they won’t have them.
