I have been playing Makeover Madness today, and it’s lagging really bad. Can I send a letter to the editor or do I have to contact that awful Customer Service? It took me all day to finish 2 badges that should have only taken 2 hours.

Makeover Madness is a Java game, so make sure your version of Java is up to date and that you’ve cleared your Java cache. It’s a good idea to clear your browser’s cache too. If those things don’t solve your problem, you can always contact support.
Everyone was having the problem in the rooms I played, so it was the whole group of people, not just me, so I will report it to Pogo. will an email to them help?
