From what’s been reported on BH, it seems this is happening to people who used Pogo’s gift announcement link in a gameroom to open their gift rather than going to their gifts page. Just a head’s up – people may want to avoid that in-game link to open gifts, at least for now.
There is an ongoing problem with gifts. Your friend will have to go to live chat and have them open it.
