I am going to list what I did and hopefully that will help you. If not, please write back listing everything you have done and maybe we can spot a problem.
You do NOT need to be logged into the UK Pogo site. You do NOT need to identify the M&Ms as gifts.
I just put them into my cart as usual, to buy for myself.
Enter the coupon code in ALL caps: ONEFORYOU
When entering your password, make sure the cap-lock key is off (if you used it to type in the coupon code). Your password is case-sensitive.
After you have put in your password, click directly ON the “Confirm” purchase button. For me, when I just hit “enter” on my keyboard, it did not work.
Hopefully, that works for you. If not, I would try going back to Pogo CS, hopefully Live Help and explain that you have been told to “try again” for 3 days and you would like them to help you make your purchase instead.
