Spades has been slow to load for weeks. White screen just sits but game will eventually show up. My experience is that all Pogo games are loading slower. I happen to notice Spades more since I play regularly.
Like stoney said Spades has been running slow for almost 2 weeks now. It takes about 45 second for you to load at the table. You will hear the music before you will see the screen. It appears white but just sit there until you load fully. Going in and out only makes it worse.
I was working on a badge in Spades yesterday and I set my table to ‘private’ with no watchers and no ‘players to join’.
The trouble I was having was after the game ended and I got a jackpot spin, I saw no ‘play again’ button AT ALL. All I saw was the game stats and my mini but not anywhere on the page did I see ‘play again’
It was quite frustrating cause I had to leave that table and reset a new table all over again. Grrrr !
Same issues I had last week when I played Spades. The tables were very slow to load but did eventually come up. I did also have the “play again” button not appear after a game, though I clicked where it normally would be and it worked as if it were there.

I don’t play Spades enough to know where it ‘normally is’ LOL
I was having the same problem with Gin so I went over to Pogo UK and those servers seem to be working faster. I could have taken a potty break in the time it took for the robot to take a card when I was on the US servers….LOL
I have seen the problem with the play again dialog box. It seems to appear behind the game field and clicking on the field brings the dialog box to the front (usually).
For what it is worth, I have been working on 2 tough Spades badges today and when getting into a room initially there definitely is a delay most times. I would recommend once you start any of these badges to go ahead and try to finish without leaving the room!
That said, my impression is that Internet Explorer is working best for Spades, (quickest load times) followed by Firefox. I have the most problems with Chrome, especially on my windows 7 machine.
