to redeem a gift card click on community from your homepage. from the drop down menu click on Pogo Blog. scroll down and at the bottom right it says redeem your EA Game Card. Click on that and you can select to redeem your card for 275 Pogo Gems. But only $20.00 EA cards will work. I received a $60.00 gift card and can not use it for Pogo
In November of 2019 I asked about using gift cards and was told EA cards were now Orion cards, I went to Best Buy and bought 120.00 worth of cards. I redeemed them with the link and it took me to the orion link. I entered all the numbers and money was put in my wallet, then when I went to use them to purchase gems on pogo site, my wallet was not an option. So I contacted support and was told I could only use my gift cards to buy membership, not able to purchase gems. I emailed POGOLlama and she was able to get them to credit the gems to my account I am ready to purchase another large amount and I reached out to her before going out to get them, but never received an answer,, so not sure if she is still working there. This is why I asked this question, I do not want to risk having my money stuck in a wallet that I cannot use, Any clarification on this? Thanks
