On my desktop I have a notepad which states
hs_err_pid1. When I opened it up it say:
a fatal error has been detected by Java Runtime Environment JRE version 6.0_29. How do I find older version and which version should I use? I have installed now version 6 update 29, installed 10/20/11.
On another topic, pogo games on Facebook, getting pop-up box stating “could not find pogo frame, xd not working.” Just click on it and you can play games but never had that previously.
On pogo games home page (facebook) when we do daily challenges her score shows but mine doesn’t (did previously). Lastly, pogo games on Facebook, namely phlinx, scrabble and puck’s peak the bottoms are cut off (letters in scrabble do not show). Pogo tech says it’s a facebook problem because pogo sells the games to facebook. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix these problems. I use IE and never had any of these problems until recently. Thank you.

Talking to Ro on the phone. She had Pogo call her back on this problem for someone else and they got disconnected….Ro had to take another call. She says that the more people that call (or use the call back feature) the better, they will see that it’s not just 1 or 2 people having the problem.
They should be able to give you more help over the phone than in an email.
Thanks Moms for responding. I did talk to Pogo today on the phone and he said they are not versed in pogo games on Facebook. I have tried the call back feature twice and it wasn’t available. Now I just need to know what to do about the java. I have been able to play all the games.
I’ve also had the same problem with the notebook on my desktop and some days i have about 5 or 6 of them!Mine also says hs_err_pid,but each one of them have a different # at the end.I’ve been deleting them everyday or so & i’ve always had IE and haven’t had any problems with any games so far. I do remember some1 else had asked about this problem in a previous post.Im going 2 call pogo also.
