You will only be prompted to change your password if it doesn’t meet the requirements. The requirements were implemented a long time ago, but they never got around to making everyone change. It was about 2 years ago b/c Ro was still around to change them on her Mother’s computer.
I believe that all passwords need to be a certain amount of digits, must contain at least 1 capital letter, and at least 1 number.
How do I get to customer service I was just on the Pogo help screen and got no where. :( They make it difficult. Mine does contain 1 capital, one digit and one of the other characters.
When you click on the Help tab it should say Pogo Help. There should be 3 rows of options.
On the top row left it should say Contact Us. When you click on that it should take you to the EA Help page.
At the top, in the black border you should see your Pogo ID on the right. On the left you should see Games, Accounts, and Contact Us.
That takes you to a page and asks what you are playing on. As you answer you will go to another question until you get to the help options…email, live chat, or call back.
Not all options are available all the time, depends on day and time.
