how do i set for canasta to have frozen piles?

I am trying to play Canasta with “the frozen pile” This is the last one I need in the World Dishes Badges Collections. 
I go to change it so you cant pick up the pile, but it won’t let me. Please help me

Set your own table you need to check the box for frozen pile in the options, can never pick up pile.  Freezing it with a wild card does not count.  GL!
