Are you getting the menu page? Is it connecting to Pogo?
If not connecting to Pogo upon loading, click on the ‘Connect’ button (it is on the pole in the right middle of screen above the box that shows your pogo info, there is a circle of red or green on the upper right corner of the connect button, if red you are not connected, if green you are).
If you are playing for ranks, you will need to play in Flo’s career not the endless shift. Once you click Flo’s career, it should take you to the room page where you click on a room or the play now button. This takes you to the screen of restaurants. Click on the circle under the first restaurant and the very first button gives a mini tutorial of the game. You will proceed from there through the levels on the restaurants. You can replay any level by clicking on the circle on this page.
