All questions about problems with logging into Pogo accounts should be directed to Pogo, not posted here.
EA has a walk-through for sign-in problems here. You may try searching for your question using the search box on the right sidebar here, or look at the tips below for solutions to common problems.
If the walkthrough doesn’t help you, your first line of help for the new EA sign-in process is always going to be Pogo’s customer support. When it prompts you to log into your account, you can create an account just for the purposes of talking to them about not being able to get into your main account.
If you are trying to log in and the screen is refreshing and asking you for your password again, try clearing your browser’s cache, cookies, and temporary files, or try a different web browser.
If your account has not yet been upgraded/transitioned to the new EA sign-in, continue to use your username and password to sign in to your Pogo account on Pogo.com.
If you have been transitioned to the EA sign-in process, use your email address and password to sign in to Pogo.com. Do not use your username.
If you are being asked to sign in each time you open Pogo, make sure your browser is set to accept cookies. Do not clear your cookies and temporary files excessively, as each time you clear you will be asked to sign in again.
Players have reported that resetting their password using the “Forget your password?” link has helped to solve problems they were experiencing with logging in to the Pogo Games App.
